The upcoming Hideo Kojima project, Death Stranding, is shrouded in mystery even though its release is coming up fast. Today though, we got another sneak peek of what’s to come from the mysterious game.

A new character trailer featuring Heartman was released that let us have a little insight at what makes his heart beat.

According to the trailer, Heartman dies every 21 minutes just to be resurrected by an AED device he wears strapped to him. According to thim though, he’s already dead and his soul is “already on the beach.”
